Ancient knowledge, Meditation and Purification

What is Meditation?

Meditation is simple, natural, innocent and effortless technique to confine our mind from outer thoughts and by practice it, mind goes in to transcendence without any effort. There are some do's and don’t that you have to understand during learning the techniques, because a little misunderstanding can prolong the result and the actual feeling of transcendence, the main reservoir of all intelligence and creativity can not be experienced in every session.

Meditation clears the mind and develops confidence even it reopens the path of evolution. It recollects the past experiences and opens the path of higher evolution. This is main beauty of Vedic knowledge.

Through Meditation, when you regain the past memory then this knowledge is not new, but a revision of the past. This is the main basis of all knowledge existing in the world. Veda says, “As it was experienced, presumed and planned earlier. The whole Vedic Knowledge is a cycle and being repeated many times through our experiences, planning, thinking and presentation. Meditation is very natural, innocent, spontaneous, automatic process of experiencing the self. It is easy as one goes to sleep. Sometimes sleep takes an effort, but Meditation is totally effortless. If by any means you are making an effort, you can’t meditate, but just contemplating. Meditation is to let it go, simply and naturally. There is not much difference from sleep, but in sleep one feels unaware of consciousness but in Meditation you are fully alert and aware of every activity, whatever is happening with you and the surroundings. It is total inner wakefulness and experience of your presence at all times.

Since ages when saints and seers were sitting in Meditation and cognising the actual Vedic Knowledge, mantras, procedures and life style, method of meditation was always the same, procedure were the same, name may be different for different procedure, but every procedure was a Master piece of Work done by our Saint, Seers Rishis and great masters. Under the guidance of the great masters when one starts Meditation, Meditation is completely supported by nature and natural powers.
